Godsmack

Godsmack is an American rock band formed in 1995 in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The band's genre primarily encompasses alternative metal and hard rock, characterized by heavy guitar riffs, powerful vocals, and a strong rhythmic foundation. The lineup consists of lead vocalist Sully Erna, guitarist Tony Rombola, bassist Robbie Merrill, and drummer Shannon Larkin. Godsmack gained widespread recognition with their self-titled debut album in 1998, which featured hits like "Whatever" and "Keep Away." Their second album, "Awake" (2000), solidified their status in the rock scene, driven by tracks such as "I Stand Alone" and "Sick of Life." The band's third album, "Faceless" (2003), debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and included the hit single "Straight Out of Line."
