Jeff LaBar

Jeff LaBar (1963-2021) was an American guitarist, best known as a member of the glam metal band Cinderella. Born in Pennsylvania, LaBar joined Cinderella in 1985, and the band quickly rose to fame with their debut album, *Night Songs* (1986), which showcased a blend of hard rock and glam metal. Their follow-up albums, *Long Cold Winter* (1988) and *Heartbreak Station* (1990), solidified their status in the rock scene, featuring hits like "Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone)" and "Shake Me." LaBar was recognized for his signature guitar style, combining melodic solos with heavy riffs, which contributed to Cinderella’s distinctive sound. The band became emblematic of the late 1980s hair metal scene, influencing numerous subsequent artists. In addition to his work with Cinderella, LaBar released solo music and collaborated with various artists, showcasing his versatility. He also appeared in several reality TV shows, including *The Celebrity Apprentice*. LaBar's legacy lives on through his contributions to rock music, particularly in the glam metal genre, where he remains a respected figure among fans and musicians alike.
