Limahl, born Christopher Hamill on December 19, 1958, is an English singer-songwriter known for his distinctive voice and new wave sound. He first gained fame as the lead vocalist of the band Kajagoogoo, which achieved significant success in the early 1980s with their hit single "Too Shy," reaching number one in the UK charts in 1983. After leaving Kajagoogoo in 1985, Limahl embarked on a solo career, most notably achieving international recognition with his song "The NeverEnding Story," featured in the 1984 film of the same name.
