N.O.R.E.

N.O.R.E., born Victor Santiago Jr. on September 10, 1977, is an influential American rapper known for his contributions to hip-hop and reggaeton. He first gained prominence in the late 1990s as one half of the duo Capone-N-Noreaga (C-N-N), which released the critically acclaimed album *The War Report* in 1997. This album is noted for its gritty depiction of street life and helped to solidify N.O.R.E.'s place in the rap scene.
