Sisqó, born Mark Althavan Andrews on November 9, 1978, is an American singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as the lead vocalist of the R&B group Dru Hill. He rose to prominence in the late 1990s, particularly with the release of the hit single "Thong Song" in 1999, which became a cultural phenomenon and is often cited as one of the defining songs of that era. The song’s catchy hook and provocative lyrics helped it reach No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned Sisqó several award nominations.
