Sublime

Sublime was an American band formed in 1988 in Long Beach, California, known for their eclectic fusion of genres, primarily ska, reggae, punk rock, and hip-hop. The band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Bradley Nowell, bassist Eric Wilson, and drummer Bud Gaugh. Their self-titled album, released in 1996, features some of their most notable tracks, including "What I Got," "Santeria," and "Wrong Way." These songs exemplify their signature sound, which blends laid-back melodies with socially conscious lyrics and a raw, energetic approach. Tragically, Nowell passed away from a drug overdose just months before the album's release, which contributed to the band's mythos and enduring legacy.
